Using Group Policy Management.

Open the Group Policy Management Editor (gpmc.msc) and edit either the Default Domain Policy or the Default Domain Controller Policy

Set the policy item named “Display Shutdown Event Tracker” at Computer Configuration » Policies » Administrative Templates » System to Disabled

After saving your changes, open a command shell and run GPUPDATE

gpupdate /force

Using Local Policy Management.

Open the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc)

Set the policy item named “Display Shutdown Event Tracker” at Computer Configuration » Policies » Administrative Templates » System to Disabled
